Can I cancel my direct debit?

We do require a direct debit mandate to be in place for you to use your account. It is used mainly as a safety net so that our customers do not default on their payments with us. If you would like to make manual payments, you can do so via the online portal and contact us a few days before your direct debit is due to cancel if you wish.
