Why did a direct debit process when I've made a payment?

Your minimum repayment is based on any outstanding balance you have at the end of your billing period and this is when your direct debit will be set up. This means if you have made a repayment during your billing period, we will still set up a direct debit for at least the minimum amount (or fixed or full balance if you have selected this) unless your running balance is £0 at the end of your billing period.
