If you have lost your card or believe it has been stolen, you should freeze it instantly through your online customer portal on the 'My details' page to prevent further spending. If the card remains misplaced, please contact us immediately on 02089627401 and we will terminate your card and issue a new one. Alternatively, if you have successfully retrieved your card, you can unfreeze it by heading back to the 'My details' page on your online portal. Please note, you will not be able to unfreeze a card previously reported as lost or stolen.
