My card has been lost or stolen what do I do?

If your card is lost or stolen please login to your online account and either freeze your card or terminate your card as soon as possible. Please check your transaction history on your 'Activities' tab to make sure there are no transactions you do not recognise. If there are no unauthorised transactions you can reissue your card online to your home address. Your new card will take 3-5 business days to arrive and you will need to activate it online. If you do have unrecognised transactions please give us a call immediately on 0208 962 7401.
