If your card is lost or stolen please login to your online account and either freeze your card or report it lost/stolen as soon as possible.
Please check your transaction history on your 'Activities' page to make sure there are no transactions you do not recognise. If there are no unauthorised transactions, you can reissue your card online to your home address by reporting it lost/stolen on the cards page. Your new card will take 3-5 business days to arrive and you will need to activate it online.
