We need all our customers to complete our identity verification process using a Passport or Driving Licence. You can complete this process on your laptop or mobile phone, just login to your online portal and follow the steps. If you are having issues submitting your photo please check you have followed the online instructions and that your ID document is in date.
If you can no longer see the option to upload the identity verification document please try again on a desktop computer or laptop. We find it is easier to submit the photo through Google Chrome. Once you are on Google Chrome please open a 'New Incognito Window' by selecting the three vertical dots on the top right hand side of the web browser. when you have opened an incognito window please log in via our website www.capitalontap.com and try to upload your document again.
You will receive an email with the outcome of every submission. Please make sure when you reattempt you follow the emailed instructions. If you are still having continued problems give us a call on 020 8962 7401.
